It only is possible every 4 years; sending out mail-art on February 29th.

Thoughts about Exchanges

To be honest, it makes me so stressed to post a scan or photo of the art that you all send me. This does not in any way indicate that I don't appreciate the art. Because I love it. So much. This community makes me so happy, and I adore being a part of it.
