Barcode Mail Art

Barcodes. They are everywhere, but surprisingly not used that often in mail art. When I received this piece of Barcode mail art (named 'Variation on a barcode Op. 99') thanks to Dean, Artist in Seine, I wanted to post it in the IUOMA Barcode Mail Art group. However... I couldn't find any Barcode group!..…See More

Profile Information

Mail-Artist since:
2009 (and not aware being mailarting since 1979)
My Website:
http://heleendevaan.blogspot.com
Why I am involved in Mail-Art:
Making illustrations is my life.
Furthermore: I like to see other people's creative outbursts, love to see creative additions to envelopes. I like stamps, like to communicate via art works, I'm fascinated by how snail mail works: put a stamp and address on an envelope and a whole system of people and transportation means is bringing that single envelope to wherever you want.
Count up all previous words and see: Mail Art is inevitable.

P.S. If you want to create and send me mail art about your favourite (weird or common) animal I will be most happy; I'll like to post it on my http://realweirdanimals.blogspot.com blog.

The Soccer Field AAP's

Posted on October 24, 2015 at 3:36pm 4 Comments

For some unknown reason I got a note-pad full of soccer field sheets. First I wanted to draw my favourite soccer team in it, but that appeared  too much work regarding the little time I have.

Fortunately some colleague mail artists are willing to help to complete the sheets.

I'll post the…

hey, inhabitant of Postbus 581, your letter to the inhabitant of Postfach 100749 has arrived. I have to wait some time until I open  the original letter though because I like those Deutsche Post plastic covers so much.
