Is taking place the international Mail Art Call alluding to the theme " BLACK HOLE ", the date for the submission of participation was extended to January 31, 2016 , with the exhibition to be held in February 2016 in "Cabana dos Parodiantes", Salvaterra de Magos, PORTUGAL .
