'soon time to color 'em.
In Greece they are traditionally red,
and I add the Polish folk designs...

Getting the New Year table ready in Greece:
Kourabiedes, melomakaona, Vasilopita...
and some winter birds and silver ornaments :-)

A retired chef made Christmas Eve dinner and I made a video but I don't see an icon above to add it so I will just post it to general videos. Not big on presentation but very big on taste.

Easy Shortbread
1 cup corn starch
1 cup icing sugar
2 cups flour
1 and 1/2 cups of SOFT butter
Knead, roll out, cut shapes
Bake in slow oven - 300 degrees - 20 to 25 minutes
Cool slightly, leave plain or top with sugar or Chocolate
