now this is a difficult question, as i am (among many other things) both a baker and a catering chef. today, all i can think about is balti vegetables, dry moong dal, and zucchini koftas with fresh chapatis and carrot pudding. indian food - a little bit of heaven on earth...
I make the best chipatis...oh, aren't they good right off the griddle with some fresh butter (or ghee)? I will have to try some zucchini koftas, they sound wonderful. Isn't food wonderful and so fun to cook and share. I am a baker as well as an artist. In a perfect world, I would just eat, laugh, and paint. As it's not a perfect world, I have to eat just a little bit, exercise a lot, and juggle work and play. But it's fun to even talk about food, isn't it? I'm with you...what are bird cherries? I will have to google that.
