The series that the US Post sent out did have a few "new" old ones right way up...and only about 100 of them. So they are selling for $40,000 and more!

Question for stamp collectors:

How do we "save" these self-stick stamps? 

We can no longer soak and mount in old stamp albums...sigh.

They produced a few deliberate 'errors' with the plane the right way up which are now the valuable ones

Maybe they ignored the gibberish and just read the postcode, but a 'cheeky' card from Val Herman just arrived successfully here in 'Ouivenneaux', addressed in pure Franglais.

Alan, I have various perforated and unperforated 2d Blues of different plates. You're right, these were cut out of a (SG) catalogue;

Val is even richer than I thought if those twopenny blues are real! (I think they must be cut out of a catalogue)
