Why I am involved in Mail-Art:: It still astonishes me that I can write a letter, hand the envelope to the Post Office, and within days someone on the other side of the world is holding this object in their hand. For just a few cents of postage. I have been a passionate letter writer since childhood, and I have been decorating the envelopes this whole time. Finding a whole community of artists who do the same thing is very exciting!
