Vida_Sidnei Piedade

Continue

Mail Art Exhibition in London

Hi there,

I have long had an idea to stage a mailart/stamp exhibiton here in London and when I saw that this group was marking three years on this Ning platform in November of this year I thought that would be an ideal opportunity to hold it and tie it in with that, what do you think?

What sort of exhibits would you like to see at such an exhibition and would you (pay! to) come to see it? Any ideas re. staging/funding/attending and offers of help/collaboration…

Haptic Werewolf 's 2nd strike of the day...large envelope and amazing Erni-collage!

Does it matter? If this amazing art is not to be seen in the museums around the world?

It will be seen under the olive tree at my seaside shack...and around the would at IUOMA!

What might be "Mental Dog toy", hmmm?

Always must take care to carefully examine Erni-envelope exterior and wait to see what

wonders are inside. Here we have reference to J.…

My stampsheets are still in New York, I want them returned.....!

Greetings from Dadaland was an exhibition at the Stendhal Gallery in April-May 2010. I sent in a selection from the TAM Rubberstamp Archive and went over myself doing a lecture explaining my views of the network. One year later I am confronted with a real problem connected to this exhibition. Harry Stendhall, the Gallery owner of Stendhal Gallery , has yet to return the 670 stampsheets he has in New York. I have asked him often, also asked John Held as a currator to help me on this but the…

6/1/11 Mail Call Day: Michalis Kotsaris

The one and only IUOMA piece found this week in our mail box is from one of our Greek affiliates, Michalis Kotsaris.

It is uniquely flavored with his own brand of humor and of pathos.
