How would you describe mail art?

A bit of a plea from me!I would like to present at Ignite London on the subject of mail art and I'd like your help!Ignite presentations are 5 minutes long - there must be 20 slides and automatic transitions at 15 seconds per slide.They are all about the images, the stories, the quotes. for the old prison of A Coruña to become a Selfmanaged Sociocultural Center.
The works will take part in an exhibition this year.

It will take place inside or outside the prison, abandoned and disused at present.
