From Arts-IN ISTANBUL...January 2014...

2014 started very productive. We all are very excited about new projetcs, exhibitions, arrivals and invitations from all over the world. Our dear friend Meral Ağar is working hard to put together the big MAIL ART PROJECT which is going to be organized in Istanbul on May. On the other hand we have completed our cultural tour to Vienna. We have visited classical museums as well as contemporary art spaces. We had our second SMALL SİZE WORKS EXHIBITION and the opening day has been a big success! If…See More

Istanbul Resisting... Everyday we are CHAPULLING!!!

Posted on June 7, 2013 at 2:31pm 1 Comment

Well...It's been a while that I haven't had time or will to write anything here. I was very busy ''Chapulling''. I tried to spend all my possible time with the young people resisting in the park, here in TAKSIM, ISTANBUL. I know they DON'T NEED me BUT I know that being there in the park or at the TAKSIM SQUARE is very important to show the government that we resist!!! We are all together despite all the effort they put in dividing us. Who is US? We are PEOPLE!!! We love our differences, we…

Posted on May 28, 2013 at 8:54pm 2 Comments

Today at ARTS-In Istanbul we had a different day. Generally we have a very cheerful atmosphere in the gallery and we are always in a very very positive mood. Bu today was somehow different. You could feel it!!!  We were happy-cheerful  and sad at the same time...
