Yes Judith. Horrible! all morning battling with them and not finding why. I went down for a rest and after a couple of hours I thought to try again and it work! Must have been a glitch in the IUOMA site. Well above my understanding.

Hello Judith, your fabulous Mail-Art arrived last week! I have been away for 2 weeks holidays and so it was a real surprise! Very fine collage with all these reds! I have been to a workshop about artist books and quite fascinated about the possibilities, I made a great accordion with a collage of my gelliprints. I will send you one of these soon! Best wishes

Charlotte

Hi Judi, Thanks for your "Global Grid" magazine collage. I especially like the melting ice cream cone!  As for my piece I sent you, I certainly don't put any secret meanings into my stuff on purpose! You may well have recognized a paper you sent me, though -- I recycle through ephemera pretty quickly sometimes.I keep a record of the whole pieces I receive but not the "bits and pieces" which I figure are meant to be used in more art.

I am a poet (my husband is, too). I haven't written much lately because I'm very involved in mail art! There's only so much time in the day! You can see both of us on Amazon (Toni Hanner, Michael Hanner).

Thanks for the wonderful communication!

Thoughtful suprises

Debra Mulnick's mail art always brings me such joy. Besides the wonderful cut and paste collage she also sewed on to it an actual watch band she found. the flip side had a mini envelope with a letter enclosed. All ther safely sandwhiched into plastic sewn shut. It has depth and texture and is totally esthetic. Best of all is the thought and care Debra invests in the mail art she sends. Debra.... I luv, luv,luv it to boys. Thank you.

Thank you charlotte
