Today is a rare sunny day with a little peek of green in my world of many shades of brown and gray (lovely, but after a few months I long for some other colors). I wish everyone similar hope of spring!

Very well Susan.Continue in this way.
Rachel, follow the instructions of Rod Summers/Vec.
These steps are simple with the first Photoshop Elements (2 - 3).
I have also Photoshop CS2, but it's difficult for me to find the same steps. PEACEANDLOVETOALL, Alfonso.

In Photoshop Elements
Go to Filters/Stylize/extrude
tick blocks
30pixels 30 depth
tick mask incomplete blocks and you get


The best way to find out how to do things in Photoshop is just to experiment... what happens if I do this... you can't break anything and just as long as you save your experiments with a different name than the original file you can't lose anything either... RULE ONE: Have Fun!

Alfonso: I have Photoshop Elements 8 and could not find all the steps you outlined, but it is probably my error because I am new to using this software. Here is what I came up with using a different filter. Rachel
