I am so new to mail art and this platform has really changed my life! I am new to art in general so all the positive comments are such encouragement as I always felt everyone would think anything I created was horrible. I really stepped out of my comfort zone by joining and I couldn't be thankful enough for this opportunity and experience. I recently had to leave my job of 12yrs as a school psychologist due to illness.. staying home was making me sicker with seemingly no reason to wake up in the morning (well, besides my children!). So yeah, I found this site and I wake up with a smile on my face excited to do art...and now I can actually can be a mom again too.

I am going to post mail art that I receive that honors IUOMA. It might have a sticker, a stamp, a stencil, or painted...and it celebrates IUOMA!

The first one is from "E" in France...full of exploding color! Yay!

And the next one is from sarah and Nick at Barn Art. Great bird, a bit fuzzy in my photo, but tweeting for IUOMA!

This week the special printed cards will arrive from the printer. An edition of 500 cards. Already expensive yet not enought for all members. Sending out 500 cards would also be too much (costly), so when the 13th has passed the cards will go out with the regular mail and will start to spread the world....... They will become collectors items somewhere in the future for sure.....
