What is Mailart?

One of the things I like best about mailart is that it isn't just one thing, and the only one who sets the rules is the USPS and ourselves. There's always something new to fiddle with. "A Fish got Caught with a Plastic" trash art...

I will send this trash art to De Villo.

I picked up the unit code, and medicine capsule on the street.

Fish is from newspaper. 

My teacher liked my fish painting so I cut out as a reference.
