Hi Steve,
Faces 10 booklet went to print shop 2day including your 2 Faces poems.
You asked for Xtra copies, how many do you want. I limit these non commercial editions to 50. Keep that in mind. Cheers,
Guido
Have you got an address in paris for me to send you something, Steve? When you are in Paris, you should contact your fellow countryman and Really Wacky Mail Artist, Dean Marks.
Hope you enjoy la Belle France.
Cordialement, Val
Bonsoir Steve! Many thanks for the seasonal card... a really weird sort of Last Supper meets the kosher bakery thing: much gracias.
You ask how far I live from Paris (where you say you'll be in the Spring)? A long, long way...about 900 kms/575 miles//5 hours on the train//7 hours by road. If you travel South, direction Barcelona, come and see me?
What brings you to Gay Paree?
The IUOMA person who you MUST meet when you're in Paris is Dean Marks. If you don't know his stuff, look him up here.
When I've recovered from eating, and drinking and sleeping, and holidaying, I'll lmail you something back soon.
Thanks again, and best wishes for 2012.
Regards, Val
Wotcha mean 'the wrong guy'? Moi?!
Hi, Steve, yes I got the card, for which many thanks, and a return one will be in the post to you by the end of today. Regards, Val
Try again... Hello there, Mr D! Thanks for the Galerie Lelong card that you sent me. Alas I missed the opening. Yoko's collage card is a good one.
I'll be mailing you something back before the holidays (and will make certain that my address is clear this time: sorry about that).
Best wishes, Santa Val
Hello there, Mr D! Th
Bonsoir Steve! Thanks for the card with all the banana stickers on. I've stopped collecting fruit stickers now, and moved on to arranging and preparing for mail art exhibitions. Anna Banana has my fruit salad card and I'm waiting for her reaction to it.
You ask how close is Sigean to Paris? About 1000kms (650 miles) away. We're in the far south of the country, between Narbonne and Perpignan, on the east coast of the foot of France, and just before the Pyrenees...where the road continues onto Barcelona and points south.
Drop by some time?
I'll be mailing you something back in the next few days;
Thanks again/ Encore merci,
Regards, Val
