Daler Rowney have block print acrylic paints. I did lino printing a long time ago the tutor mixed a medium with ordinary acrylic paint. Can't remember the name thought and trying to find it online.

For carved eraser stamps I discovered pigment and permanent inks such as Stazon and Archival give more clear impression. Best of ink pad is really inky.

on Linocut you need special ink or even paint. Waterbased ink doesn't stick enough.

I've made this today, the left is my take on IUOMA logo and the other is about Airmail. I needed a something to add on my postings. There's more of my carved eraser at this flickr set.

Wonderful envelope. The thing I like about hand carved stamps is the woodcut or homemade look. I have vast collection of rubber stamping which I'm in the process of remounting on to EZmount foam. Those wood block really hurt my hand and is nightmare trying to get clear impression on larger stamps.
