More photos on my kiekjesdief blog 2gether with this comment:

Oh brothers and sisters, this huge black rabbit

was walking on the walls of my garden since last

Summer and eating from the leaves.

I has now jumped in my garden and made his home

there, using the outside box for the cats as his sleeping place. My cats have always accepted his presence, so now I am feeding him potatoes,

lettuce, carrots and apples. He is very fond of apples!

I baptized him Nero.

T is always watching him.

Buzz plays with him and Nero plays with Buzz.

They chase each other, very funny to see.

When the rabbit first run after Buzz, he was in

shock and in a defensive mood, now it is just play and game.

About the white boat: it was full of sea food (my new years dinner), I put the boat in the garden with 2 ceramic pieces and it is now also a water recipient because of the rain, all animals are drinking from the boat, here is one with Buzz drinking and Nero eating.

Wow, Guido!  In a city garden! Did Large Black Rabbit wander in?  Was LBR a surprise or a present?   The relaxed attitude of B & T is something to behold.  Nice going, catching them by photo.

Oh no, Angie, no need to send another card. I tend to celebrate my birthday during the entire month of January. I've been giving myself all sorts of little treats already, even though it's early!

I do indeed have a red tabby, a sweet little ginger spice girl. Here's a current picture of my little Josefina:
