"Spring, flowers, purple" GAME TIME!!

Posted on March 3, 2016 at 5:52pm 7 Comments

So I realized after sending out some mail the other day that I've been having some anxiety about the receiving of said mail (like emotional not physical). It has impacted my attempts at making more mail art. After a little thought I've come to realize I just haven't been here long and don't know any of you (yet). So in an attempt to keep this sweet & simple I purpose a game...

My 'Post Title' are key descriptors of my recent art endeavor (excluding the phrase GAME TIME!).…

Seeking the Sea...

Posted on February 25, 2016 at 11:47pm 5 Comments

I currently have a supply of Oregon Coastal Cities visitors guides (I work at a Visitor Center) and am wondering if anyone is currently enamored with the sea, beaches, coastal images, etc. & would be interested in some for collage material? We're cleaning house, out with the old & in with the new kinda thing, and I'm sad to be tossing so many into recycle... Maybe I could swap some materials with someone? Can we do that sort of thing here? Let me know your thoughts, please :)

I just got home from a lovely retreat on Whidbey Island to find that my boyfriend had not checked the mail the entire week I had been gone! LOL! I got your Mail... thank you! I'll answer back as soon as I can unbury myself from the loads of laundry and cleaning that needs to be done (guess what else he didn't do while I was gone?) LOL!

Thank you!!

I Lorina was Alice in Wonderlands older sister. Mine was spelled correctly by dad but mum spelled it with 2n's.
As for the problem with labels eucylaptus oil, on a piece of cloth, after you have soaked the label, wipe dry and with a cloth dipped in eucalyptus oil gets most off. The oil is natural and made with gum leaves. It has heaps of uses, including inhalation so for colds, rubbing on the chest, to clear stuffed noses.
