No more requests for old photos, please. I have more than enough requests for what's available at the moment. I'm still sorting through these photos and there will be more and I''ll keep a list of the names of people who've contacted me so far.This photo is the original pile of photographic material I inherited (10+ years ago). Many of the photos taken by my father are now in archives (in the UK and other countries), and I've got into family history research, scanning and sharing some that way.…See More

"I know the technique from 'decollage' and as a mainstream art student saw a fellow student make a series of mixed media pieces using the technique - I vaguely remember an industrial sort of sander being used.

Years ago I inherited lots and lots of old photos. I'm near the end of sorting through all these, have scanned those I wanted to share in the family history world, used some myself in a collage series for Circulaire 321, and now just want rid of them. Some go back to the 1910s, others are late 1940s or early 1950s, and there's a bit of everything in between. Some people love these as collage material.
