So I was thinking of who or what inspires your art.

Here is what I mean, I started dating,( 3 months ago ), this wonderful guy, he is kind and considerate and, ( ok enough with how I can go on about him, lol ) thoughtful. We were sitting on the balcony watching the sunset just over the house tops, and he says to me how much he loves sunsets, I too love them I replied. Which started me thinking as to how would I make or do sunsets in my art.

I took out my paint and started to paint sunsets, I haven't painted in years, so my first attempt was very encouraging.  ( I will load it up here so you all can take a look ) When I gave it to him, after I cropped it down and framed it, he said it was beautiful.

So I am now encouraged to do something like that with my mail art, so I will send out as many as I can this coming week.

So who or what inspires you?

There will be other sunsets, believe me.  Meanwhile turn to yourself, the moon is also beautiful to paint.  Love has no limits.  Carry on , you have wings with your heart, don't you?

Well I finished the last few " Sunset" mini paintings. It will be the last I ever will paint again. My boyfriend ( the inspiration for the paintings ) broke up with me last night. : (

I will send out the ones that I did.

Yes you are right Roberto, there is many things and people that inspire me, but I guess my muse is the driving force of my creativity, lol. And I feel honored that I can share something like this with everyone. So thank you.

Hope to get some out in the mail end of this week : )

Obviously love is the biggest inspiration. But sometimes anything will bring up an image you want to construct playing around it for a while until you take it to a paper.  Muse comes in so many different was but one must be aware of it to let it flow into your artistic expresion. All those sunsents you want to do and share will have a part of your soul and of a beautiful memory you have shared with us. Will be honor to be part of those that will recieve from you a sunset. Cheers !!!!!!

Thanks Austin, and yes i will be sure to send you something in regards to this blog.

That is sweet that your wife and music inspires you.

With me once the idea hits and grabs there is no letting go until the end. : )

I must say that's a beautiful piece! I'd love to be on the list of people recieving cards like that. The two things that inspire me most are my best friend, who happens to be my wife, & music. The majority of the time I have no real plan of what I'm going to make, I just let the music guide me as I try to shut off the anxious, noisy part of my brain.
