I hope the Uhleins were in it! I would strongly favor seizing American oligarchs' toys; why stop at the Russians? They hold way too much power and property. Nice job putting it all together!

USPS financial situation improves

According to a Washington Post news report this morning, the financial status of the U.S. postal service has improved due to an increase in the number of packages mailed, good news for mail artists:
