Mail-Artist since:

My Website (without http://):

Why I am involved in Mail-Art:
I started a mail-art project, called the C-Post Project, because In this world of far-reaching standardization I think it is important that we honor the ability of humankind to create unique artwork. This project is about showing this quality.
I am a Dutch artist and started an envelope series to send to artists all over the world that have inspired me.
Participants will receive an envelope with a mono/multi print and they can return one back (in any which way they like). In addition, I would love to find a favorite poem/quote/saying/motto to go with it.

The creation of the C-Post Project of course will take time. After at least one year I will organize an exhibition of the received materials as a colorful reminder that people all over the world are and will be connected.
And that there is beauty everywhere!

Dear Carien,

Thank you so much for the wonderful mail art! It made me to happy to see it in my mailbox, and then gave me a jolt of positive energy, which I needed. I'm a bit swamped with work, but will send something in the coming weeks. I hope you are well.
