Even though it makes sense that we can look on each others profiles, you may want to add your address here and any blogs or other accounts you want highlighted. This way it's in a closed environment and we all get to share.

What's your default? 7 Replies

Because my friend Matt asked me this the other night, I had to think about it. His is painting a blue sky and some clouds, then he waits to see if anything more comes. His skull for Skull Appreciation Day was just the blue sky & clouds cause…Continue

Who will you send  your first piece of mail to? I've been thinking about this a lot. Will it be someone in this group? Will it be one of the many mail artists I've exchanged MA with over the years? Will it be one of my letter writing friends, or my…Continue

Significant dates for the diary (some might say...) 41 Replies

McFloozy mentioned Quack Day in February and I had a message from Valentine Mark Hermann telling me of an anniversary in February. I figured that it would be best to put all the dates in one discussion, so anyone could contribute and we could all…Continue

Rebecca, just have lots of bits and pieces, and lots of blanks already at hand. Go into your studio, or wherever you work, and just grab a blank, and some bits and go! You can set parameters, i.e. today I'll work with only one color, or 3 bits of paper, or paint, or whatever, or you can just take what you hand touches and go. The main thing is don't spend a lot of time thinking about what the piece will be. Just do it! That's my advice. Anyone else?

I'm sure JJ will do it! What a flurry today. IT's so exciting!

Very exciting to see you all reaching the finish line in a 'flurry' as I frantically make my one piece per day.  I am about 1/6 of the way.  How will I find 5/6 ideas?  Suggestions please before you disappear!

Yep, close....it will still be a little longer for my official end. Late start and side tracked by other projects.

Me thinks that jjalltheway will make it to the "365" finish line too? Go, Jen, go!

And thank you for #318!

I remember. Andy, last year, when you first started "365" and I wondered if I could really do it. Many thanks to you, and Mim and ALL the gang here. Great motivation, great inspiration. And I shall stick around to be "cheerleader" for the others to reach "365" too! Yay...it can be done!

Today arrived #228 and #255 from PrettyLily ...Go girl, you are sooooo close!

I have only a few people signed up for the rubber stamp: mailart365.blogspot.com - Anyone else want to jump in the pool? Let me know. There are 3 more days to go.

I just noticed this evening that if you click  a piece of mail art to see it up close, the blog suggests other pieces you might be interested in.  What a great feature!

That's great, Andy. Bet you get more with the new cycle!
