Comment by Mim Golub Scalin on January 11, 2011 at 5:35pm: I use that same scissors but also found a "hole" punch that is rectangular and has edges that resemble perforations. Someone once said they used a sewing machine, sans thread, with the needle replaced by something thicker. My memory doesn't serve, so I can't remember who or what, but you get the idea.

Comment by Rani Solhaug on January 11, 2011 at 5:03pm: Good idea on the scissors....I should have known this I was a custom picture framer for Michaels for umpteen zillion years, which was a good and a bad thing for an artist because I NEVER went home with a full paycheck! Mim...too funny, I was researching perforating tools and actually came across the Michaels in your link, totally bad! Haha...but great!
