From the seemingly bottomless fount of Carina's vision...

Received this great card recently

Superb and thought provoking... Strange, light and (possible...?) dark - a bit uncomfortably beautiful... Itchy - yum! Thank you thank you…

Duct Tape Nonsense from Carina (Not Svenja)

How could Carina have known I sport a knock off Louis Vuitton?is this a real picture of Carina? The mini book is made entirely of different colored duct tape.  It definately delivers on the title as it tells this story:

There was an old person of Wick, who said, "Ticka Tick; Chickabee, Chikabaw, and he said nothing more, that laconic old person of wick"

Maybe this…

Katerina Nikoltsou: Slides one more in there right before X-mas

Just about to leave and more slides arrive for the tree.  Just in time to fill up a blank spot.

Thank you Katerina, catch you in 2013 unless I have access to a computer.

Synchronisity of Claire

Received beautiful post from Claire Dinsmore yesterday.  I was really careful not to damage it, as I slit the horizon with a scissor blade. It is grey in Suffolk today and the muted colours are in absolute synchronicity with my view. Can you see that my painted desktop even matches. I have some cabbages growing through the gate…

Critical Thinking from De Villo Sloan

no hanging chads from this score card. DVS' work is always inspiring as I would never have thought to something sans envelope that had a flap. Astonishingly, it arrived fully intact.  Great holiday card with DVS' signature muted colors/antique mystique thank you…

Quilton Loves Your Bum

Got this great trashpo po from Vizma. She says it is genuine uncensored studio trash from her floor. It includes a DNA sample , which will be great for the DKult archives--we might be able to sell that strand of hair for millions one day. Your hair tested positive for artistic ability. Tucked inside a mini envelope was a tiny stamp that says D=Day

Love this Viz=and your…

Janine Weiss: La joie céleste

Inspired by the heavy snow in Switzerland and the fact that Christmas is just around the corner ... oh dear, I just remembered, what am I going to buy my wife for Christmas?  She didn't really like the window cleaner I bought her last year.  Sorry, I got side tracked.  Yes, Janine is calm and inspired by it all and full of joy in making Mail Art.  I think this is wonderful.…
