JULY BERUBE-BUG / RADISH-HEAD

I had it in my head that my July bug was going to be some 2-headed creature depicting my state of mind for the past month. At the last minute, while checking out a fellow mail artist MICK BOYLE'S site, I discovered that he was starting a 2-month mailart call with "Radish" as a theme. The rest is history.

Trading Cards

While cleaning the studio The Paint Rock River Valley Postal Authority uncovered a small quantity of trading cards, "Views Of The Paint Rock River Valley", and :My favorite Artists". Past patrons of The Authority have already received these cards. Anyone else may receive an assortment by emailing The Authority at ecarver01@gmail.com. The number of cards received will be determined by the number of requests received by 15 August. Please include your snail mail address in your request.

Music is eating me alive! And I'm loving every minute of it...

Sorry to be so quiet in here of late but I'm having a whirlwind romance with my first love, music. I have been so on fire lately in terms of singing, writing, collaborating, and talking that talk musicians talk to each other, that I haven't had much else on my mind. Disappointing 30 hour drive to Miami for New Bravo Show

On Sunday, I drove to Miami from New Orleans for a casting call in hopes of getting on a new Bravo show. Driving to Miami took about 13 hours but it felt like 5 hours because I was on a high and all I could think of was winning the hearts of the judges. The show will be titled "Untitled Art Project". I guess its something similar to what would be a "Top Artist" type of show. I would be competing with a few other artist in a reality show/drama.
