Bonjour Rachel,
What a chuckle I had when you told me about the origins of your name! lol I think it's so sweet and adorable! Mailart is so much fun. I can't wait to get to my mailbox everyday! I go through "dry spells" when I cannot create anything and if I force it, my work ends up in the waste paper basket.
I think everyone is drawn toward the Sea. When I worked and lived in Montréal for 35 years, I really missed the wide open spaces and water even tho Montréal is an island. I missed the Sea and was very happy to return 10 years ago when I retired.
Amitiés, Wilma

Hi Rachel!
I see you have added to the gallery some very interesting new work...the images have a strong texture feeling. Beautiful!
I am still working on stamps. I have a new series of originals, there is so much to experiment.
Take care Rachel and keep an eye on your mail box...something is coming your way. :-)
Best wishes
Patrizia

Hi Rachel,
Another wonderful surprize in my mailbox today!!! Your collages are stunning...I have problems finding the correct words to describe them. Thank you so very much. I have them around my apartment in places where they can be easily spotted and admired. I have been sick with the "regular" flu all month long so my mailart is not up to date. As soon as I can, I will forward mailart to you. BTW, is Rachel a French name?
