For people who want to reflect the situations of women in our land, with those structures dehumanised, to be the art who will educate, inform, salv
e, and denature such violence
Showing doors outside, inside, down the carpet, and what happens in the room q, in the kitchen, with phobias killer, what happens in the q networks around the world, in politics, in lxs infiltradxs with our desterradxs origins, that involves us all the comrades, that is personal, that is political, q is social.

I have to say sorry for not replying with return art to those who have graced me there works. I did enjoy it and will send some out soon now. I have just surfaced from a tour as a substitute mom. My niece has been in the hospital in Juneau for the last 4 weeks. Leaving me with the court placing me as guardian of her two littles. ACK. I have to admit to be way over my head in all this. (sigh). I thought I was brimming with energy but....I have found that a 5yr old and an 18 mo. old just suck it all out and keep on trucking. lol Well. I was releived of my duties just a few days ago. I promplty slept 24 hours I think. Feeling much more myself. Now to cleen my house and find all the art supplies I had to hide. wow, I really thought my little one bedroom apartment with a view was perfect but it really got cramped there for a while. I took some great pictures of kids. But no artwork got done except in my head. lol. Thanks for the welcome Kit ( and thanks to every one else. Heyla Test Tower, and Waky Stuff haven't forgotten you.

Welcome to our wonderful group, Frances; you will love it! I lived in Ketchikan in the late 70's. I lived on Deer St. (if I remember correctly). It was my "adventure". I worked for Alaska Native Health Services and also for Ketchikan General Hospital. I loved waking up, looking down the hill, and seeing all the boats/ships on the Tongass. Loved the float planes. Great memories.

Boy, do I know what you mean about kids and about H1N1. I am just getting better after a week with that nasty bug! Ugh! Lucky she didn't move back in? Too funny! I have the same scenario right now with my son. He is over here quite a bit though - it's okay - I miss him anyway. Very nice to meet you - glad you liked the 4th Dimension. Let's trade some Art!
