Yesterday I met with Stripygoose and Andy Geezer at the Post Office Museum and Archive for a talk on the history of Christmas cards. They were giving blank cards to everybody for people to tell them about the more interesting things they receive for Christmas. I am eagerly awaiting my Barfa present to enter that, they will do a show with all the entries. Great is it not? I am sending mine today. I hope it will arrive safely, i checked with the staff at the Museum and we do not have anything like nixies in the UK. I have received the most badly addressed post one can imagine, sometimes very late but it gets here. To think the government is actively seeking to destroy our Royal Mail.

Hmmmm, there is no obvious evidence that I can find that the great Boomerang Add-n-Pass piece has landed at ir near the address to which I sent it. It has not come back to me, and I s'pect it also did not get misdirected back to Elgin, or we would have heard about it here. I wonder if it is lingering in some Nixie's cubicle or on a pile awaiting trrans-shipment to Santa at the North Pole!

I did send this on Friday hoping you could have it for breakfast on the 29th, Diane but it seems it has not arrived so here it goes again.
