Here's my artspace today, about like it usually looks. Semi-controlled chaos.

i get really envious of you lucky folks that actually have a creative space/room. ive never had one. i was so very close to having one about 14 years ago. id got the small box room all cleared out of my husbands batcholor junk and mess, and was about to start getting it all fixed up how i wanted it when son #1 popped into existance. lmao.

I tidied mine up for a few minutes last week.  I wish I could get the Silhouette off the table though.

This is my desk corner.....I do have supplies stashed away in other corners of rooms in my house, but this is my wee creative corner for my desk and much of my stuff in the plastic drawers almost out of shot and to the side of my desk in a heap. im currently working on gaining a new bookcase so i can put my sewing machine out the way and have a place to keep my boxes of stamps and other things that are currently piled on the floor.

It was suggested that I post my new/old sewing machine to the Art Space group.  It does indeed now sit in my art space rather than in the bedroom as pictured here but taking a picture of the machine is only possible with my back to my art table and supplies so not really much more  evocative of my space.  I am really looking forward to using the machine in mixed media art now that I have it up and running.  It was in pretty good shape and has been used pretty consistently through its 100+ life span.  This version of the No. 27 was sold in 1901-1905.  The serial number is worn down so I can't pin it down exactly.
