Hahaha. Some here call the sliding glass door a slider. I didn't think about a snake!
I have a sliding glass door onto a big deck. It's covered so if its nice I take projects outside. I like to watch storms out there sometimes. Today, it's just hot. Even the dog is hiding out inside with me!

I live in a wooded area of Tennessee, not too far from Nashville.  I have a slider in my art room.  This is spring just outside my door...  open and airy!!  You can see the creek and a long way out....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then in the summer...  the trees close me in.

And in the fall we can see again....

We have several little herds of deer....   and the turkeys got brave one day and were up on my deck!!!  I only got two in the picture.  There are six of them in this little flock.

The neighbours bought a couple of alpacas to look after their sheep, I've always wanted some, but now I can just look at them from my studio without the huge expense!

Most afternoons I see a gang of kangaroos grazing in the paddock.
