Love that "postal bag". I bet you can carry a lot of mail/mail art in it.

That's fine Boo...mail art arrives when mail art arrives:-) That is one of the joys of snail mail: the waiting, the anticipation. Making and sending...that is what is important! "Spread-the-Love", we'll love 'em!

My red/garnet sandpapers, the beige and browns, thick and thin grains are all from a "HOME DEPOT" type hardware/home outlet :Praktiker. Actually a German company, but with many stores here in Greece. They have a section with at least 50-60 types of colors and textures and sizes of sandpaper . You never know where you might find materials for mail art!

But what I really came on to say is that I'm putting all of my Valentine/postal history/ Year of the Bunny cards in the mail today. I'm sorry they won't reach Greece and Russia and PRC in time; but I had great fun making them and want you to love them. Please!

Where do you find colored sand paper? Or do you color it yourself? With... Flair pens? Watercolor? Cray-pas?

Hi Kat, You're right. We only got ourselves dug out of the driveway late last night. The snow is to the top of the fire hydrants. It's gonna be quite awhile before the roads are cleared. The kids have been off school for three days!  Elgin misses you-it's a mess here , but it's beautiful.  also wanted to tell you that they have eagles that are nesting by the fox River this year. They are hoping it might become a tourist attraction
