Even though it makes sense that we can look on each others profiles, you may want to add your address here and any blogs or other accounts you want highlighted. This way it's in a closed environment and we all get to share.

What's your default? 7 Replies

Because my friend Matt asked me this the other night, I had to think about it. His is painting a blue sky and some clouds, then he waits to see if anything more comes. His skull for Skull Appreciation Day was just the blue sky & clouds cause…Continue

Who will you send  your first piece of mail to? I've been thinking about this a lot. Will it be someone in this group? Will it be one of the many mail artists I've exchanged MA with over the years? Will it be one of my letter writing friends, or my…Continue

Significant dates for the diary (some might say...) 41 Replies

McFloozy mentioned Quack Day in February and I had a message from Valentine Mark Hermann telling me of an anniversary in February. I figured that it would be best to put all the dates in one discussion, so anyone could contribute and we could all…Continue

He's the "KING" of 365, although he is also "kind."

That's all folks! I'm done with my year long project and have posted my day 365 series just now on the blogger blog. Whew! I've been doing mail art for some time but not at this commitment level. It's been an amazing journey and I promised my son, the "Kind of 365" that I'd write up the experience. And I will. Meanwhile, I ran the random number generator just now and got my winner. She'll get her rubber stamp in the mail. You'll continue to receive mail from me, catching up on those people I've missed during the year. I'm going to catch up on scanning receive mail and posting it on my IUOMA page. Hopefully, I'll finish before the year is out. We'll be in Paris for January and February and I'll be onto a new project, to be determined. It's been amazing. Carry on! Do what you can, when you can, have fun!

eepy, jump back in any old time.  December 1 is good.  January 1 is good, too.  Doesn't matter when.  and thanks, prettylily, for your good wishes.  Yes, it feels like a Very Large accomplishment, which somehow surprises me. The fulfillment of a long-term goal -- that must be where the good vibes are coming from.

Major congratulations!!!    I started this back in June, sent out four cards, and then got completely buried in life stuff.  Have been reading all along and watching the blog, and am intending to start again.    Maybe I'll start January first!

Thanks to LadyL, who first told me about 365, and to spopod whose wonderful Carnaval de Venise collage arrived yesterday.  And to a number of you in between...  your cards are in a little pile somewhere in this messy workroom and you all will be at the top of the list!

What a great card to " wind up" the 365. Congratulations, Katerina!

Wow, love the button card. What a great one to finish the year with and thanks for the bubbly. I've started on my final cards for the day. I'll finish them when I return from Spanish class and will post then. Check the posts this evening Katerina and Andy. Exciting.
