When I get a PDF I will probably transfer the final result into a book (hardcopy). My way of archiving it for the future I guess.

Well Ruud, in my book Digital means digital .... although if someone would like to offer to print sufficient copies of the final work, they will get a special mention in the Acknowledgments !

24 chapters? How thick will this book get. Will it be published or will it only exsist as a digital file?
