(Boring Cultural Note: In France, two kisses are exchanged -- left cheek, right cheek. In Holland, three kisses -- left, right and left again. If you automatically stop after just 2 people are very surprised. In England, there is not much kissing -- or if there is, then I've been left out of it.)
