Thanks, Keith. I am not very technologically up to speed, but I make slow daily progress online. ALL of the images that I am involved with so far were put there by other artist/collaborators. The man with cat on head is a rubber stamp I designed many years ago. It is supposed to be a man with a little dog sprouting from his head. A Chihuahua perhaps. I found it amusing and decided to use it when I got your ATC Buddy Swap Starter .
LOVED to two cards you traded . The monster and his (Elsa L.) bride. One of my fave James Whale movies. THE OLD DARK HOUSE is my all-time fave.
Hey guys, where do you the cards for your ATC's? I'm seeing a variety of different kinds and thicknesses
Lol, I will ask him, he may not want unsolicited art.
I just left a message for CZ asking him why he isn't in this group. This is so much CZ's thing . . . I can't speak for Lovecraft, but I'd say just go for it.
I would also like to exchange atc starters with CZ Lovecraft if he is interested. I love the collaboration the two of you did. :)
Bram Stokers Dracula So ridiculously funny! I love old movies! and I just love all the old vintage movie posters that go along with them. they don't make em like they used too! I would love more starters when you send the completed ones back please :)
Hey Erin, glad you got a laugh out of the creature and his bride . . . I have very fond memories of that movie series.
Last Halloween, my son and I went to see Frankenstein on the big screen [actually a digitally remastered iMax version]. There were many scenes that the audience [including myself] laugh at. I blame it on Mel Brooks — Young Frankenstein — but the truth is, those old films just aren't so scary any more.
Really digging what you've done with the starters. I just received your starters today. Am planning on working on them over the weekend.
Also, I received Denise Woodward's starters as well, again, will work on them over the next few days.
I received my first completed ATC artist colab today from CZ Lovecraft. He received two from the same starter batch that Angie received [batch of six which is what fits on the watercolor paper block I use] . . . of hand I can't remember who received the third set.
Don't know why, but the cat on the man's head cracks me up. Too fun. Thanks CZ.
Question, when I send back completed cards, does anybody want me to send another set of starters?
