Yesterday, I went to the post office to pick up my mail art. It was a nice pile and among the envelopes was this one from William M with a note and two ATCs inside. He has a large collection of rubber stamps and lately he has been stamping on sticker circles like the ones on these cards.

I'm also including the envelope in this scan because William a nice collection of art tapes, some of the best that I've seen. I'll also enjoy making use of these lovely Taiwanese postage stamps. Thanks, William!

Enjoy!

thanks for sharing this carien. it must be really nice to have a trading session like this. i remember reading about these events back when i first learned about ATCs, but of course never had the opportunity to join one so did the next best thing at the time which was to send work for the copyleft trades.

A little impression of the ATC exchange day on December 11th in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. It was a pleasant day. I will be organizing a same event in my hometown in April 2023.

I recently received another piece of mail art from Germany, and there was another one of those "sails" stamps. Nice! I'll certainly be using it.

it's one of those things that seems so obvious once you see it martha.

Yes William! the German stamp with the envelopes for sails is great. One of  those ideas that make me shout ( internally of course, it is 6.00 in the morning)  'why did I not think of it myself?'

Fleur's work is always fantastic, thank you for posting it.

A couple of fantastic ATCs that arrived from Fleur recently. Still loving her use of postage stamps. That German stamp is particularly interesting with the sail made of envelopes.
