Hi everyone, I’m Melissa. Nice to e-metting you.
I am a student at the Academy of Fine Arts of Rome. I am working on a project about “Mail Art” and will write a small paper on the project. Therefore, I made some “postcard art ”(you can see it in the pictures below). I embroidered the leaves which from the streets of Rome on the postcards. During the mailing process, the leaves will wither and die and lose their luster. But, at the moment of receipt, we can imaging its store of journey. This is also the feeling of the “Mail Art” I want to deliver what the “Mail Art” is still Viva and still traveling.
If you are interesting in it, please leave your address to me. At the same time, I am also very happy to receive emails from you. This is my address:

07.01.21 Dare Ms. Melissa Zhou, ...interesting to know that there are Gingko trees (your embroidered yellow leaves) in Rome as well. I once saw a magazine photo of the Greek Parthenon with a dandelion in the foreground....& I immediately sensed a common bond (although I've never been to Athens but the lawn here was full of yellow dandelions). Yes, I'll try to get something off to you in the mail --- & hoping it will arrive in time (When is your paper due???). SinCelery, Richard Canard, 409 S.
