This came yesterday. Only clue is German postage. No return address, no signature. I am proud to receive it, you must be proud to have made it. Mixed media on heavy watercolor paper

Bradford, I still am impressed of your good eyes, I only can read "Briefzentrum 30" because I know that it's written there. (It means "mail centre 30").

Oh, I forgot to add my name? :D Sorry, it is from me. :) 

I am impressed you were able to read the CDS! I only was able to read 30, that is the beginning of the postal code of my city.

The blue CDS (Circular Date Stamp) indicates it was applied on 15 AUGUST 2022 at 9:00 p.m. I don't know the post office index, but the CDS reads, "BRIEFZERTE UM.30", so whichever post office is #30 in that region. I can't read any other parts of the CDS (lower half) to add something more concrete.
