Three is Company AGAIN from Marie Wintzer, Japan

Conceptually its quite difficult to portray the words we cant say – without being obvious.  Once again though,  Marie has succeeded in subtly expressing an idea. This time, her concept is The Words Encaged.  Those words we want to express, but never do.

The things left unsaid. Circumstances that don’t allow the verbal expression of what we would dearly love to articulate. A book format is of course the best place to begin.  Words live in there.  But what happens if the pages are sewn together, and there is no access to content? How can we tell what we mean? Certain phrases stand out in Marie’s book “The dog beneath the skin”, “constantly my questions” , “if you let me tell you”.

The book also contains images that are sealed.  Inaccessible domains? The thoughts that daren’t  breathe.  There are always moments of beauty though.  Tiny blossoms that catch the corner of our vision,  loveliness that will never die.

And the unsaid gets complex don't you think? It puts us in knots.

and, even though things might be said in a language we understand, do we always REALLY understand?

Three's a crowd? NEVER with Marie - I doubt that a truckload would be a crowd with her :-) - its a chance/choice I'd HAVE to answer in the YES YES YES!!!

In a similar vein to the book, what about all the information we gather during our lifetime? Do we... and - don't ask me why this changed color - I think the Spell chick took another chance :-)!!

And last but not least, on a lighter note, Marie is in the habit of making me what she calls “smallies” – there’s always an argument about that of course – I don’t think Marie MAKES smallies!  A while back I sent her a piece of Cinderella’s ball gown – it was of course an authentic piece,  found in a lost Victorian Curiosity Cabinet.  She had left it on a thorn bush after running from the ball at midnight.   I think this is what happened - Marie had sent David Stafford a Kanji Puff artifact.  David created a timeline and hence the mystery surrounding this most important of archeological finds entered main stream history – something like the Terracotta Warriors, only MUCH more important.

This is SPECIAL sort of Kanji Puff – this sample, very kindly forwarded by Marie has the most power – anti-MIZ power.  No more Miz for me – I’m LAUGHING J)) – thank you Sweet Pea – treasures as always.

Either it's Romanticism or it's RomANTIcism. I think it's the former.

Wow, how nice to wake up to such nice comments, thank you everyone!

DVS, how could a bad influence lead to something like SASO? It's nothing but GOOD influence!

I've been cogitating on this, trying to think of some clever retort.  But sad to say, nothing has struck. Be certain something will - maybe then it will be time to duck :-)))XXX

Maybe the Arthur Rimbaud Symbolist School of Aesthetic Subtle Obscurity is CP's way of trying to keep Marie away from trashpo world. Not that Marie seems inclined to immerse herself in trashpo, but she did undergo stiff pressure to do so in a trashbook blog recently, and with so many influences flying around this place there is always reason to watch out for them.

The Arthur Rimbaud Symbolist School of Aesthetic Subtle Obscurity (SASO) seems to have two members: Cheryl and Marie. They seem to have broken away from the pack and are circling in a self-referential loop through the outer rings of the ether. Personally, I see CP-SA as having a bad influence on Marie Antonette these days.
