The Butterfly Project (Deadline: June 2012)

Anyone who is interested may want to participate in the Butterfly Project for the Holocaust Museum in Houston Texas. They estimate that one million 500 thousand children were killed during the holocaust so they are collecting that many images of butterflies, in any media, before June 2012.  You can read more about it at:

I'm going to send some but I'm not affiliated with the project in any other way so please send your questions to them directly at:

You should ask the originators of the project, dr. Singh.  I am only promoting it as a person who has participated.  I do know, though, that there have been other projects for Hiroshima and Nagasaki, as well as so many other tragedies.  Also, when I see something that stimulates such a question in my own mind, I just host a mail art show about it!  You might consider that as well. ;)
