Tail-Mail from France (Valentine Mark Herman)

Merci bien, Valentine. My Ukrainian heart loved the Ukrainian stamps. And I hope that phone line is in good working order and calls are accepted day and night!

As tempted as I am to open the envelope, the fear of thousand sands spilling out will prevent me from doing it.
