Amy Irwen sent me this CD with a duality all its own. On one side dire straits: time bombs and menacing shadowy figures, on the other the Fear No Art mandala, emerging from the center of a Frank Zappa vortex, all hand-made, which means many hours dipping into the gigantic vat of Mod Podge Amy keeps by her nightstand. And because I told Amy about the humble origins of the bookmark I sent her she returned the favor by filling me on the where everything came from ie "the lyrics and tape transfer behind the speedometer are from a Metallica  music insert." She was just about to tell me the "What it all Means" part when she ran out of room on her sticky note. How convenient! Thank you, Amy.

For those on Facebook you've probably noticed how prolific and on target Moan's own contributions to his FeMail Art call are. Not the easiest to thing to keep both those balls in the air. I find them sexy without being sexist but of course my taste in this regard is somewhat skewed. They are imbued with a classicism, to my eye anyway, that leaches the lurid right out of them. Thank you, Moan. I'll send you something shortly.

Finally, Katerina sent me her latest offering for the dress pattern collaboration we've been working on for awhile now. We've gotten some six figure offers from the big haute couture houses or maisons as I like to call them but nothing solid yet. I think this could be the game changer. Letters! Voila!

I know what you're thinking and yes, those puffed sleeves are my own patented design. It's based on a French racing derailleur. Okay, I'm going press post and wait for those offers to come rolling in...Get your phone banks ready, Katerina and thank you.
