Dr Dolittle, what goes on in French pharmaceutical laboratories, and Sir Alex Issigonis who invented...

..the Mini.

Car, not skirt.

But he might have invented that too.

What he did say that is 'relevant' (I use the word with some hesitation here) is that "A camel is a horse designed by a committee".

Thank you, Sir Alex.

And now this Great Big Collage (# 15 in the series, in case you have lost count) is about animals -- animals of the "Pushmi-Pullyu" type (supposedly, a gazelle-unicorn cross with two heads) of Dr Dolittle.

I managed to sneak a look in a French pharmaceutical laboratory that makes veterinary products, and here are some of the weird and wonderful animals that I saw:

No wonder there are doping problems in the Tour de France, but really, Lance, we can't go into that here.

So what type of animals are being produced in this laboratory?

Well, here you can see some strange hybrid beasties including a "Rhino-phant", a "Deer-igra", and a "Parrot winged-penguin-one footed kangaroo".

There are more.. such as the "Kanga-raffe" and the "Gira-roo"(who got the other foot). I should point out at this stage that none of these hybrid anilmals are in the Sigean African Reserve....yet.

And there are still more...a "Croco-deer", a "Dolph-potamus", a "Fox-raffe" and a "Shark-amus".

I am too stunned to offer any further observations at this stage.

But you, of course, are only too welcome to do so.

Copyright? (I hope she who can't be named is reading this)

Well, first of all the copyright is with Bianca, who is alive and well, and keeps as far away from vets as she can:

And last, but not least, Boots, who, for some strange reason, actually likes going to the vet's:

"Hello, IOUMA", says Boots; "And hello, Jarina, too".

I hope Bianca and Boots have not had any "transformations"...

though I like the "combos" you made!
