meeah - the strategy is two-pronged: a cheap method to make the zine available to all trashpoets and copies for "inner circle" types or folks who archive seriously.

Dear DVS: I understand that all the fact-checking is tedious, and poring over the stacks of out-of-focus paparazzi photos must be morally debilitating, but the truth must be dragged into the sunlight!

& in a recent email to me, DK seemed shocked at the revelation of a torrid, tropical romance involving KDJ and Ramone. Some will recall a perhaps no more than Platonic relationship w/ Ramone and DK that blossomed during the visit of Ramone & Mr. Stubbs to Elgin in 2012 - the visit that resulted in the theft of the Elgin Shroud and it's relocation to Mexico (until its tattered remains were purchased at great expense by DKULTNY). The possibility of a lurid romance triangle was too good for us to pass on.

That's right, you are a KDJ friend and correspondent preceding her flight to Panama. She is on FB and seems very aware of all IUOMA happenings. Sometimes it is better to watch the circus from afar than to be a sideshow act in the circus. I can understand her position. She is with us & she is "out there."

Yes, "insiders" have been abuzz with stories of the DK/KDJ marriage. DKULTNY has acquired photos alleged to have been taken at the wedding. These were held back pending further investigation of the marriage as it could be a hoax or part of some vast, sinister disinformation campaign. The fanzine did once expose DK impersonators and fake DK mail-art that is circulating. We sell no wine before it's time, as a great man once said.
