My Dad bought a lot of thousands of baseball cards at an estate sale for three dollars a couple of years ago. They even included the boxes/baskets they were kept in. The baseball cards are from 1988-1992... also known as the “junk era,” because these cards were massively produced. Many of the cards were still in the packs unopened. My “husband,” opened the packs and organized them but as expected, there was not any hidden gems. I did create a mini-collection of Yogi Berra re-prints on my studio wall. I mainly use the cards as ATC blanks and sometimes send them to others.
This week I decided to start altering them, so coming to your mailboxes soon...

These are great! I am not a baseball fan, but you've done a great job here making them into art.
Strong work Jenn.
These are awesome, Jenn! (and I love your new profile pic).
10.07.20 Dare Ms. Jenn M., ....generally I never got seriously involved with the ATC phenomenon but always thought playing cards, baseball cards & credit cards were the best "ready-made" examples. I have seen this reworked "baseball card" business before ( from an old friend & his son-- as I recall that manipulation had more to do with the sport itself or the name of the player).Have looked off & on for a Ray Johnson baseball card (but no luck--lots of "Johnsons" but no "Ray"). I suspect your treatments would line-drive serious baseball card enthusiasts crazy but I am hopeful that you will send something my way. SinCelery, Richard C......................Post Scriptum: Am also curious about your Yogi Berra reprints as I have long been a serious fan of his ironic statements.
