Wine from France arriving in Greece from Dean Marks

Well, only in picture form, but still very tasty...

It took its time to arrive in Greece, but it did finally pop into my mail box today.

Yes, look closely...it IS the Golden Arches Happy Meal box, French Edition:

With the Artist-in-Siene ingenious touch, it is a fantastic birthday gift!…

So this is rare...just a red cardboard card and a bit of lithium...and salt (of the earth)

The salt (salz from the airplane , I think) is full and ready for use on my celery :-)

But the lithium battery, well...it just shines and…

And somehow, somewhere hiking high in the French mountains,

Dean Marks managed to find a La Poste box and send this card off to La Grec.

And of course we are talking about "naked" mail art items...

no packaging, no envelopes here...pure metal,... and feathers and ribbons, too.

Of course, I did have to go to the post office and claim it,

no way was the post gal going to carry this around.(about 15 x 30  cm)…

What wonderful art awaits in my mailbox after a ten day absence!
