It was a fabulous time! We 'three" did meet...make...mail :-)

I see that you made it to the Edward Hopper exhibit at the Grand Palais! 

I was amazed by it, and happy to see some Hopper "friends"

from the Art Institute of Chicago in Paris! Great times!

Oh, yes, it was fabulous and fascinating!

(and on a day when it did not rain in Paris, as we waited outside :-)

oh yes, lucky you, it must have been fascinating to enter the world of Hopper!

We had to have ticket reservations in advance, by date and hour to enter!

As i arrived in Paris on Oct.14, I went first to get a ticket for the Hopper Exhibit,

and then I went and got my luggage. The only time opening was 5:30  pm on a 

Monday night, and even though we had tickets, we still waited outside until 6:15...

there was crowd control allowing only 20 people in every 15 minutes. But it

was worth the wait...one of the highlights of the Paris visit.
