This arrived as a testament to the downfalls of online communication. Without the tone, inflection, and facial expressions to help us interpret things, it can be very easy for miscommunication to happen. It also gives us a chance to clarify and become closer when we clear it up. ...I have been away again, this time for 10 days in Maastricht, the Netherlands, where I had a mini-exhibition of my Aboriginal-type art. (Photos of that follow later). First of all Türkan's brother, who lives in Izmir, had an operation and Türkan was naturally busy to take care of the patient and the rest of the family.
