Thank you Angie and Jon Foster

As you can see, I'm not quite with it today.  I got these two wonderful mail art postcards last week when I was traveling.  I couldn't see them unitl I got home.  So, I couldn't properly thank Angie and Jon Foster until now.  They are wonderful!  Jon, I'll get you something in the mail soon.  Angie, I hope to find your address and do the same!  Thank you both.

Few more mail art pieces to go out from PA, USA

My first blog post...I think this is going to the main page? Hope so...Just wanted to share a few more pieces ready to go out. Looking for some takers. Honestly I am a little intimidated by the inviting...don't want to obligate anyone...but can't wait to get started.  :0)

I-Catching Collages - new addition - Janine Weiss

A collage from Switzerland - Pieces of that northern country reach here in their own composite universe, a universe of displaced images from Janine.

There is a theatricality to Erni’s collages – from the envelope to the inside, they are an epitome of  double gesture – cut and paste.…

Kerri Pullo : Note to self on 3M Post-its

3M Post-its Mail Art is the next coming trend, and I know an Art Gallery owner who would be interested in seeing this art work.   Kerri sent me these two "notes to self " written on post-its.  They were attached with 3M masking tape to a handpainted completely black postcard which was signed and dated.

At the time it was not clear to me why 3M masking tape was used to stick…

Katerina Nikoultsou : Blue for You (Buy 3M, it's good for your Mail Art)

Ah that Katerina knows where my heart and investments can be found. Clever lady.  Barcodes and 3M.  Funny enough the day I received this from Katerina, the shares for 3M took a dive and dropped to $87.13.  I was ready to jump out a window when suddenly I had an idea.  Luckly I was able to quickly do a Mail Art piece using Post-its, and by the end of the day, the shares were back up to $88.49, a 1.36% increase.

The power of Mail Art is amazing, and saved my life.…

What's important? (or not), a list from Nadine Wendell-Mojica, US

I sent an MA with the question what's important to Nadine. She was kind to make a lovely list of some different statements, very good to have around when you lose focus ... on what's really important. Thank you Nadine!
